From time to time we've been asked about trade-in programs, and to add some excitement to your summer this seemed like a good time to put our toe in the upgrade waters.

During the month of July we are offering a $600 trade-in allowance on the price of a Marantz AV 8003 Surround Processor. As detailed in an earlier newsletter, this is a true high-end processor with all the bells and whistles. It is a great value at its regular price of $2,595, but if you purchase one through the Outlaws in July and trade in a Model 990, we'll credit you back $600 for your old processor!

To make certain that you are not without a home theater system, we're making the process as simple as possible:

• Purchase a Marantz AV 8003 at the regular price of $2,595.
• Along with your AV 8003 we'll include a pre-paid shipping label to use in returning your Model 990. The freight for that is on us!
• Ship the Model 990 back to us within 14 days of your receipt of the AV 8003, and we'll credit $600 back to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. (Note that if the Model 990 is NOT shipped back within 14 days we cannot issue the credit.)
• The $600 will be refunded to your credit card upon completion of your 30 day trial period.

Important notes regarding your Model 990 Trade-in:

• Your Model 990 must be in good working order and cosmetic condition.
• Your Model 990 must be shipped back in the original box and packing.
• If the original box and packing is not available you may place an order for an approved shipping carton from us.

Any missing accessories will result in the following credit reductions: Manual or Antenna $10; Microphone, Zone 2 Remote or Power Cord $25; Universal Remote Control $50.

That's all there is to it! You have time to install and audition the Marantz, and you don't have to return your Model 990 until the new system is up and running.
