975 will not power up - just clicks

I tried to turn on the 975 and it just clicks, no display, etc. Any thoughts? I s there a hard reset of any kind?

I tried the 'mute/tuner' reset, but that produces a code '86 fe'.

Call Outlaw and they will walk you through the hard reset

Thanks, XenonMan. I'll assume the unplug trick involves something beyond simply unplugging it, in which case, no. I've simply unplugged it, more than once, to no avail. So, if you have any suggestions, I'd be more than willing. I expect to be speaking with Outlaw in the morning, in any case.

The manual says to unplug it for five minutes to let it fully get to ground state.
