I want to give a big thanks to Outlaw for their quick turn around on a 950 repair. I was an early adopter of the 950. I shipped in my 950 on Teusday last week and it has already arrived back with a blue dot repair and it is just Monday. Keep up the great customer service response. I am looking forward to purchasing more Outlaw products as the need arises.

Wow, that's good to hear! Congratulations! I just returned from shipping mine to the repair facility in Rancho Dominguez, about 50 miles from my house in SoCal (I'm having an S/PDIF Unlock problem). I was a bit worried about turnaround time, but perhaps I needn't be. Any other stories out there? How long has the turnaround been for others who have needed their 950 repaired?

Mine also went to the rancho dominuez location. They would not let me drop the unit off eventhough I am also w/in 50 miles of the distribution center and could have easliy gone by there and not risk UPS dropping the 950.

Well, since you asked...
Mine took considerably longer, but I am sure its just one of those timing things. I waited almost a month. Its really the only thing I have not been really impressed with about Outlaw.
