I only run a 3.1 system, and this won't change for awhile.

Was considering just grabbing 3 2200's to run the LCR, and saving some money. I am not too familiar with mono blocks but I know folks seem to love them. Any input appreciated. Would be using a 4520ci as the preamp.

Just to add another question. It appears, looking at the back, I could just run a 12v trigger from the Denon to first 2200, and then out from that 2200 to the next, and repeat?

Using a trigger cable, the available current from the 12-volt trigger circuit of the M2200, will limit daisy chaining to three M2200's. Beyond that, it's best to use the music sense mode.

I did some reading and realized that. My Denon 4520ci has multiple outs, so I am good on triggers. I found some used Model 200's on sale too. Just gotta do some figuring.

I haven't used the other possible Outlaw models, and I'm sure any of them will make you smile. But I can tell you for certain that the 2200 will generate BIG smiles. The rated output is VERY conservative, I think they deliver in excess of 300W when pushed hard. Also be aware that ordering 3 new ones at once gets you a decent discount. But for about the same $ you could get the 5000 and just use 3 ch for now. So many choices!
