I've had it happen before that the remote on my 2150 just stops working. I found a fix before, but can't find it now. Anyone have an idea on this? It was one of those hold keys XYZ.

Thanks

Try pushing the TNR button on the remote . This should unlock it.
If not, then please call Ben in customer service.

No TNR button on the remote, have the older style. From what I recall, it was something like reversing the batteries to short the chip to reset it, but can't get it to do it. Sounded weird to me. Ugh, or was that a denon remote? Too much gear sometimes.

My issue is the source selector is broken off, so now I'm stuck in one mode and can't get out.

Ok, so a note of frustration with the saloon forum, why not or how do I search older forums?

On the older style remotes, you would need to press 'RR' - as Peter mentioned it is now labeled 'TNR' on the new style remotes. I would be glad to talk to you more in depth about the remote, M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm EST, at (866) OUTLAWS.

Also, please note that there is a search bar located on the right side of the forum; your results will show arranged by date. You can then go to previous pages to see older posting. You will need to be signed in to have access to the search function.

Thanks Ben. Had to clear the date range, that did the trick.

Also, did the procedure, and worked like a charm.
