I have had a 2250 since it was released. Love it, today, the source selector switch fell off. The stem just sheared. Help, I need my tunes.

If the shaft sheared you will need to get with Outlaw and ship it back for repair. Can you grab the shaft with some vice grips to adjust it? I would have expected the knob to fail before the shaft sheared.

Bump. Have the same issue. Going to try and do it myself, wondering if anyone else has removed the front panel to know how the source selector is attached?

Being able to "source" the control(no pun intended), will be the biggest issue. Best to give Outlaw a call.

Call Outlaw before you take it apart. They are pretty reasonable for repairs and they might know of a generic problem with the switch and have an upgraded replacement if you are fortunate.
